Autoclaves: Complete autoclaves and systems for the vulcanisation and cross linkage of rubber and plastic products.

Processes: Guaranteed temperature homogeneity throughout the entire working area via optimised ventilator with adjustable rotation frequency, optimised airflow and through the special alignment of the heaters. Process optimisation based on an analytic computer simulation of the airflow characteristic and temperature distribution.

Scope of application: Production of cylinders for the printing industry, hoses and profiles, rubber coating / lining of containers, receivers and receiver parts.
